About the Role As an Inclusion Support Educator, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where every child feels seen, heard, and empowered. Working closely with children who may have additional needs, you’ll champion inclusion and foster meaningful participation in all aspects of the program. Shifts are available Monday – Friday across the services opening hours of: Morning: 6:30am – 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) Afternoon: 2:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program) School Holidays: 6:30am – 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program) Your Impact Encourage and support children with diverse abilities to actively engage in play, learning, and social experiences Work collaboratively with Educators, families, and support services to deliver tailored strategies that promote each child’s growth Foster a culture of acceptance and understanding among all children, helping build empathy and inclusion from the ground up What You’ll Be Doing Providing 1:1 or small group assistance based on individual needs Supporting communication, self-regulation, and social development through engaging activities Adapting learning experiences and environments to be accessible and enjoyable for all Contributing to planning, reflection, and continuous improvement alongside your team Who You Are You’re someone who brings patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to every interaction.
